UK "Y" leads

Here you’ll find our range of UK splitter leads and cables. These UK “Y” leads are terminated with an IEC C13 connector and come in a variety of lengths, with 0.5m tails, 1m tails and a generous 1.5m tail. Splitter leads are used to power two devices from the one UK socket, for example dual monitors, perfect for creating a little more space behind your desk.

The lead arrived today and I am pleased to report that it works as intended. Not that your workmanship was ever in doubt but specifying electrical connections, especially oddball ones like this one which cannot be bought off the shelf, is new to me.

FYI it connects a controller/programmer (RJ12) for an astronomical telescope to a digital camera (2.5mm stereo plug) to allow long exposure photographs of very faint celestial objects in the night sky.

Leads just arrived - very nice - tried them and they work a treat. I think you should have a section on your web site saying that you can make leads for early Quad stuff. There is also another company called I think "naim" they both use strange DIN / Jones types leads, and to buy from that company can cost big time.
