A/B 100 50/60 The frequency in Japan depends on your location. Eastern Japan (Tokyo, Kawasaki, Sapporo, Yokohoma, Sendai) uses 50 Hz. Western Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, Hiroshima) tends to use 60 Hz. Outwardly he plug is the same as the US NEMA connector, but the cable has a different specification.
