Leads Direct offers a wide range of free technical support options, the best of which is our online Help Desk facility.

You can raise a fully traceable query (known as a ‘case’) and can come back at any time to review its progress or add to it. You can ask for technical support, request a quotation, report an issue with the website or with an order or indeed anything else that you need assistance with. In order to open a new case you will need to register but it is really simple – click the Register link to give your name, your email address, and assign a password for yourself – which will allow us to confirm the progress of your case and ensure that only you can access your own private case history. You can be certain that the information you provide will not be used for any other purpose; see our Privacy Policy for details.

You can also access our Knowledge Base from here, and can do so without the need to log in – just click the Knowledge Base link. You can search the knowledge base and read any or all of the articles. If you want a new article included, simply create a case on the Help Desk and we will get it done for you!
