Type A Plug
The Type A plug is mainly used in North and Central America, Canada and Japan – but also worldwide (below is a list of countries that use the Type A mains plug).
Type A plugs are class 2 unearthed connectors, featuring two flat, parallel pins, and come either with moulded (such as our 2US-C7) leads or as a rewireable option (such as our NEMA1-15P).
